Adorable little house only a mile from town and the waterfront. The house was cozy and dog friendly (complete with dog food bowl) with a great little fenced in back yard for Charlie to roam around in. Kitchen and baths had all the essentials needed for a comfortable stay. Would definitely go back again!

This was our second time staying in this cozy rental. The house is super clean and comfortable. Its location makes it easy to explore Portsmouth and the surrounding towns and beaches. We loved the fenced in yard for our dog. We will definitely stay again!

Chris was a fantastic host! His communication was prompt, and made the stay super easy. The house was just as advertised, and a great spot for our dog with the fenced it yard. It's a nice, quiet spot, but extremely close to the highway, and a short drive to downtown, which makes for a fantastic location. We look forward to staying again on our next trip back to Portsmouth.
