With a covered common pool (open seasonally in the summer months), this unit sleeps up to 6 people and is just steps away from the beach, boardwalk, and all the top restaurants, bars, arcades, and attractions that Hampton Beach has to offer.

FYI - We also have a Minut noise monitor system located inside the property in the kitchen/living room. This is a smart home device that measures volume levels throughout the property, it does not record anything, and allows us to respond to noise nuisances in a timely manner to ensure quiet hours are being obeyed and to ensure that all neighbors are being respected.
